Associate Optometrist
Blink Optometry Carmel is seeking an Optometrist who is passionate about providing excellent personalized vision care for our patients.
This is an opportunity to provide full scope optometric care four to five days a week, including Saturdays. We have highly trained technicians to support your exams using our state-of-the-art equipment, including Optos, Humphrey visual field analyzer, Optovue OCT, topographer, digital phoropters and more. We could consider part time if preferred but this is a full time salaried position with many benefits including 401k with company match, paid time off, paid holidays and additional health and wellness stipend.
There is potential for practice partnership in the future if desired but not a requirement. We are located in beautiful Carmel, CA in a boutique shopping village. Our office is minutes to white sand beaches, world renowned golf courses and hiking trails, Michelin star restaurants, and a vibrant cultural atmosphere, the Monterey Peninsula is an ideal place to live and work.

Optician
We are seeking an experienced Optician who is passionate about customer service, sales and patient care for our bustling practice. If you are reliable, have excellent technical know-how and most importantly have engaging customer service skills then we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Blink Opticians play an integral role in making our patients’ in-office experience and long-term vision quality truly exceptional. Essential responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
– Greeting patients and quickly determining how to best meet their needs.
– Working with patients to customize the ideal optical solution for their lifestyle.
– Assisting with lab orders as well as insurance authorizations and billing.
– Repairing and adjusting glasses frames.
Skills + Experience:
– Optometric experience required.
– Optician License preferred but not required.
– Customer service/retail experience preferred.
– College degree preferred, but not required.
– Proficiency with standard computer programs such as the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) required.
Hours + Compensation:
This is a full-time position. Pay DOE. Full benefits after standard three month probation period.
